It's a shame to literacy and a shame to education institutions that they fail to inculcate the basic human values along with the education related to the course.
Corruption, back stabbing, leg pulling, using every means to get to the top while crushing people in one's path define the ill-literacy of our literate species.
Literacy is NOT speaking English with fluency with a weird accent, literacy is when you have morel standards and you abide by the law and the acknowledgement of the rights of others around us.
Literacy is not that piece of paper with your name on it. Its is the behavior a person adopts with others and i feel really sad to say that very few people are Actually Literately Literate.
